1.Is there an age limit for renting a motorhome?
Yes, the motorhome can be rented by someone who can prove with a photo ID that they are over 23 years old and has a valid driver’s license for category B vehicles for at least 3 years.

2.Can I view the motorhome before confirming the reservation?
Of course! By prior arrangement with our staff.

3.How many people can travel in the motorhome?
Our motorhome is registered for 4 to 6 people.

4.How can I pay for the motorhome rental?
To confirm the reservation, a 50% payment of the amount stated in the pro forma invoice is required. The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before picking up the motorhome. The rental amount according to the pro forma invoice can also be paid in full immediately. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

6.What are the cancellation conditions?
If you cancel the reservation more than 60 days before picking up the motorhome, we will refund 90% of the total rental amount or issue a voucher with credit for the full amount paid, valid for 1 year.If you cancel the reservation between 60 and 15 days before picking up the motorhome, we will refund 50% of the total rental amount or issue a voucher with credit for 90% of the paid amount, valid for 1 year.If you cancel the reservation less than 15 days before picking up the motorhome, we will retain the entire rental amount or issue a voucher with credit for 80% of the paid amount, valid for 1 year.

7.Where can I travel with the motorhome?
You can travel wherever you like with the motorhome; there are no restrictions on crossing national borders. The rental includes a green card.

8.What fuel does the motorhome use?
The motorhome runs on diesel fuel.

9.Do I need to clean the motorhome before returning it?
Upon returning the motorhome, we expect it to be relatively clean and tidy. Before return, you must: fill the tank, empty the waste water, and empty and clean the WC cassette.

10.What should I do in case of an accident?
Our motorhome has 24-hour roadside assistance. Upon picking up the motorhome, we will provide you with all necessary documents and contact numbers to use in case of an accident. In the event of any incident (accident, burglary, vandalism, etc.), you must immediately report the event to the nearest police station, regardless of the country of travel, and also inform us immediately. In the case of an accident involving multiple drivers, you must fill out the “European Accident Report” form and provide us with both the police report and the European report upon returning the vehicle. If you do not comply with the above or legally prescribed duties in case of an accident or damage, you will be liable for any potential damage that may occur, including paying any insurance claim if the insurer refuses payment due to reasons caused by you.
