HOW TO OBTAIN INSURANCE?

The steps to obtain insurance are:

1. Send us a request with the e-ticket showing the price and purchase date (for individual travel) or choose insurance for a travel package.
2. Provide the following details: Names, address, and date of birth.
3. We will inform you of the insurance amount and send you an invoice for payment.
4. After payment is completed, we will send the insurance policy to you via email.
5. In the event of cancellation, we will guide you to the office handling cancellation cases.

Coverage
Cancellation costs are covered if the insured person cancels the trip and/or cannot attend due to one of the unforeseen events listed below that occurred after the insurance was taken out.
The cost of basic coverage is 5.2% and extended coverage is 7.6% of the insured amount.
